Wouldn’t even give them 1star they are quick to take your money and quick to install but after that good luck to anyone who may use them. They didn’t care when my pregnant other half was having to lift our new door in to position to close it as the hinges failed only months in to the new product and thought it was acceptable for us to wait 2 months for this to be fixed and now being told I have to wait until end of march to have other issues LOOKED AT caused by the original issue just because their own tech didn’t do his job ….. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BADLY MANAGED AND DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TRY GETTING ANYONE TO RESPOND TO YOU IS BASICALLY IMPOSSIBLE

Customer service at upmost is pathetic. The registered the installation on the wrong address raised the matter with Safe stile on 27th of September been back and forth since with emails ((unanswered)) telephone call, being told, we will do tomorrow, we are doing it now, today 8th of December I was told they can't do it I need to contact the local authority to have the information changed. Asked to speak to the manager was told the manager can't come to the phone and they put the phone down...

Safestyle's after sales service is nothing short of pathetic. Needed a small part of my front door replaced. On two separate occasions they sent the installer the wrong part and day before the third agreed date they rang to say they had failed to deliver the required part to the installer. Six months after raising the issue as part of the ten year warranty the repair has still not been resolved. There seems to be no commitment to carrying out their post sales guarantees

Install happened relatively quickly. However I raised an issue with the back door lock and have been told I will have to wait a month for a service engineer to visit. I have also raised an issue with the actual installers. Ringing customer care constantly and on hold constantly. Tried to complete complaint form - issue with server?? Seems that post install they are not bothered about customer care as they have your money.

Quality products , had a fault and I was covered by my 10 year guarantee. They send out a technician and sorted the issue out. Can’t beat the service. My door has lasted much longer than my neighbours who used a cheap local company.

Really shame on you your salesman come to My house and said £9200 I told him I have better quote he said not interested my company this good we do this we do that , and after said £8200 that’s best I could do and I said I need to think about it he said no you tell me now yes or no I told him this is not how to do business,you can’t push me to spend that much money without thinking about it ,! I told him ok get out of my house you rude you should train your staff bit better

I had an appointment booked for 20:00, but the rep came round at 19:00 when I was out he had later questioned me whether I was in when he’d first come round. Which was a very strange question to ask. I clearly stated I just wanted a quote for the time being. So after some waffle & trying to get me to agree to buying before the end of the week, so there was nearly a thousand £ discount. When he realised I wasn’t budging, his demeanour completely changed & said well you’re not going to buy from me are you, went silent & shortly after left. Clearly only there to get his commission. Awful customer service, I was made to feel uncomfortable & belittled in my own home. Wasn’t able contact the complainants team directly at all.
