Having ongoing problems since November 2020. No communication whatsoever. When they've sent a technician out in the past I've seen on the ring camera that they've just looked at the job and drove off. Pretty much sums up their company. hopefully will sort the issue before the 10 year warranty is up.

Do not use this company. We had our windows and doors replaced in 2020 - as usual, everything was fine at the start... We've had SafeStyle out 3 times now to fix various different things, gaps in the windows, a hole at the bottom of where our door was fixed at the front and the same for the back doors too. To top if off - they never registered our windows and doors with Fensa! We should have checked sooner I know but when you use a "trusted, reputable" company you think things like this are just taken care of. Shoddy work manship. Shoddy aftercare service too. Please go elsewhere!

Absolute shambles of a company! They sent someone out to measure our doors, we wanted a new back door and french doors. They said no problem, we’ll come in 5 weeks to fit them as they need to be made to measure. They were meant to come at 8-9am, turned up at 3:30pm and put in a door frame that was 3” too small, then told us there’s a size limit on french doors. We had never been told this before. They wanted to just stick some trim in the gap and leave it at that. They left the doors in a right state, it took 4 weeks to get it sorted! This involved about 10 phone calls (was hung up on and fobbed off multiple times), they finally made arrangements to come and didn’t show up twice! Then came and didn’t have the stuff in the van to sort the job! Eventually we got it sorted, a month after they first came to fit them. There’s no communication within the company, nobody seems to know what they’re doing, was an absolute joke from start to finish. The doors themselves actually do seem decent quality, but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with the company at all. .... We were going to get our windows done this year too, but defiantly not with SafeStyle!

My parents had windows fitted with this company. The finished if very poor plasterwork not filled in around windows. Even after returning once to correct the problem. The windows also make banging noises. They never respond to emails and will not speak on the phone unless its to order. Dont use safestyle go with a local recommended company instead

Had a video consultation which in all fairness was ok. Price for a composite door and small side window was £1.895. This inclded £200 off and a 10% discount for blue light card. Received a call today telling me not to but from Everset and Anglian windows if i thought Safestyle or expensive.
