Yesterday had new French window put in by two extremely nice young fitters.We encounter a couple of problems but these were solved easily.Both fitters were polite respectful and hardworking.The younger Jason worked constantly not only helping his boss but in keeping the site clear and tidy we had very little to do on completion. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only credit these guys get is for the fitters who were amazing did a fantastic job couldn’t praise them anymore! Safestyle themselves I would not recommend, booked for 4 windows to be installed, and from the outset it was a challenge do not expect anyone to ever get in touch with you as you will be doing all of the communication yourself. Windows meant to go in on the 26/08/20 but only just got them on 16/09/20, only got them by constantly chasing it up just about everyday in between. No one phones you back no one responds to emails, when you finally get through to someone after phoning them first no one has an answers for you can’t speak to any managers and no one can help you. I will NEVER be returning to Safestyle for any future needs and I will not be recommending them to any friends or family. Stay well clear of them as they waste your time.

Safestyle have just ripped my very elderly parents off. The salesman (a 'doorstep seller') promised them all sort of things, that were never done, and pressurised them for two hours to agree to buy the same day, even though they said that they wanted to think about it. Fitted the wrong handles, but despite my Parents having the paperwork to prove what was agreed with the salesman, Safestyle refuse to change them (even though the fitters on the day said that they would!). Also charged my Parents for scaffolding that was never used! Safestyle won't reply to emails sent to them, and when my Father did actually get to speak to someone, he spoke to a very stroppy and rude woman (who just kept talking over him) who basically told him to get lost!! A company to avoid as they are dishonest and clearly have no morals!

Once this company has your money they aren’t interested , if you have a problem with the instillation , sales rep kept going on about a 10 year guarantee we callled after only two days with concerns after our instillation and got told it would be £75 for someone to come out. Be very careful with this company promise you everything but once they have your money it all changes.

We had our old back and side windows and a door replaced by the new ones. They are real professionals. Work was done neatly and they cleared up everything afterwards. We are very satisfied with the newly fitted windows and door. Thank you! The only thing that did not go smoothly was the payment over the phone. My credit card did not go through and I had to talk with 4 different people repeating the card details at least a dozen times until I could finally pay.
