  Don't buy anything from Safestyle. Reported a fault in the double glazing frames over a year ago and they still aren't fixed. It took Safestyle six months to even respond to my emails and I've since had three cancelled repair appointments and they will only give you a new appointment 2 months later which will inevitably be cancelled a day or two before the repair is due to take place. Cowboys.

  We have 6 windows and two doors, he quoted us £14k first then somehow dropped to £8k which is still way above market price from other companies. This was our first viewing and we were told we needed to pay £100 to secure the price, we asked can we cancel, they salesman said yes, all UK contracts have 14 days. We checked other places and called back after a week as we found a local company more trustworthy, we were told we can't get our deposit back as their cancellation is 7 days. Customer service was not helpful because we had to ring 4 times and told we were getting a call back, they called us after our 7 day cancellation period. Don't trust this company.

  Worst company ever. Messed up our door and after contacting them, they came to ‘fix’ it a month later. They made it even worse. We contacted them again and they further worsened it. They have no accountability. Do not trust this company! Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Safestyle? More like shoddy style From our experience I recommend that you DO NOT BUY from this company. Overpriced and aggressively sold this is a company of many branches which do not communicate with each-other and for every issue bounce you between departments. The installation is subcontracted out and rushed with problems at every stage. The surveyor did not identify that one frame could not be replaced without affecting the structure of our property, leading to the wrong size window being ordered, they also ordered the wrong sized from door, which was fitted, leafing to ongoing issues there. The scaffolders put up scaffolding in a way which obstructed many of the areas where work was to be done – including right outside both doors. When it was removed it was clear that they had damaged tiles on our porch roof and left rubbish and mess throughout our garden including a large shard of glass under a bush in the garden which luckily my husband and not my 2 year old found. The rush job led to many problems with the fitting, including areas being left unsealed, doors rubbing against frames, drainage not being angled right, the place being left in a mess and a part of the cat-flap missing. The result is that the more we look the more we find areas with issues – not my idea of “style”. The kitchen window was identified as being an issue after the original was removed. The old frame was then shoved back into the space without sealing it and left for a week – not very “Safe”. We still have gapping, leaks and a door which won't always open. Trying to talk to someone about getting these faults fixed resulted in hours on the phone on hold, being bounced around departments and repeatedly being assured that we would be called back by X from X department, who would be able to help us – then them not doing so. Awful customer service. The person they sent to fix the faults was unaware of the issues and did not have the equipment or the extra person and ladder needed to fix the rest – so most of our issues were unresolved. He did however put the kitchen window in – though leaving a piece of plastic hanging over the window. Again, nearly a year later with multiple appointment cancelled by safestyle at last minute, a person has arrived to fix the porch and front door today with no knowledge of what these faults are and none of the equipment needed to fix it. They have not communicated what they are going to do - but say they will be back in 2 months time - 14 months after the initial poorly done installation. Awful experience all around. Please get your windows and doors anywhere else.
