Worst service ever! Had a door fitted a few months ago and it was the poorest fitting I’ve ever seen. A child could have done a better job - the door isn’t hung straight and doesn’t close properly. They sent someone out and they agreed it needed to be refitted. I’ve tried contacting them many times and they’ve agreed to call me back to arrange a slots several times but still waiting. Please avoid this rogue company unless you want to be hugely disappointed!

Well what can I say! You request an estimate to make life easy! Just to see how much the job will cost so no ones time is wasted! And the sales guy says I get paid to to do the quote etc! Bit more to it than that! But it has resulted in a lost sale, a customer now not interested and money lost on the job. Nice sales pitch! I sent some pictures of the job asked for an estimate and that was too much to sort out! No need to reply back you have lost the custom nice sales pitch! Glad I did not get the job done! I would have not go much further with after sales if this is sales!

Communications dreadful. I had a problem with my patio door not closing correctly. it had only been installed for one week. The customer service team did not answer the phone or my emails for over 3 weeks. Would not recommend due to the aftersales being so poor.

Jokers. They came to do my Grandparents windows. Finished the job but have now left their scaffolding here for days. Not only that they smashed a window and left a large piece of glass on a ledge which could have easily fallen in injured my Grandad. I'm going to call them and give them hell. They will not get away with this.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered my composite front door on the 8th June, surveyor came 15th June, everything fine, other than he said i couldn't really have a door knocker on the type of door i ordered, which was fine. My installation date was 9 July, i was getting excited to get my new door, but this was short lived. I received a phone call on 7th July go say they are unable to install my door, as it didn't pass the regulations, i was a bit taken a back, as it was a day before my installation.Why hadn't this been picked up sooner rather than a day before the install. Still waiting to be refunded. There wasn't any lee way in this, they didn't offer me if i wanted to choose another door, it was a case of we cannot install your door end of bye. Thursday the 9th a Safesyle Customer Care man came, and said you are due your door to be installed today, i said you are having a laugh aren't you, they cannot install my door, he didn't know of this, i said i don't know why, as i have a neighbour who lives in the same style of house, who has had one of Safestyles doors and it fits perfect, so what is the difference god only knows. The customer care guy said where do you shop i get you some vouchers he said it won't make up for the door, he said i go and make a phone call to see why they cannot fit your door give me 20 mins, it has now been 9 hours. I rang Safestyle to voice my concerns, someone was supposed to be ringing me back tonight, i don't think so at this time.

Completely avoid! Had work done in December and the issues still aren't fixed after reporting several times! Not only were they late, which meant we had to take an extra day off work, they've scratched walls and wallpaper which is irreparable! Guttering damaged, floor outside damaged from scaffolding! Front door doesn't close properly (that's IF it closes) been leaking since fitted, still no door number. That's without listing all the issues we have had with the windows! Ridiculous! Go with ANYONE else!

Carefully consider this company before using them. I have had 2 major issues caused by their installation; 1, they drilled through an electrical wire causing fully electrical loss and haven't covered the cost I incurred fixing it. 2, they dropped a scaffolding pole on my conservatory roof, smashing it. Again I still haven't had this repaired. They have failed on numerous occasions to even acknowledge my complaint regarding this. It's now 6 weeks later and still no resolve.
