    A great experience, very reasonable rates but the staff are the stars. A big thank you to Mark the manager who could not be more helpful when I first contacted Safestore about my needs. I was under time pressure and needed to understand the policies and he was genuine and extremely helpful and made such a positive impression. This was backed up when I moved in and met Harry who showed me the ropes, he could not have been more helpful. The place is clean and well run and I am very confident about using the facility and that it is secure. Every time I have been I have met helpful staff or cheery fellow users. A positive experience all round but especially Thank You to Mark and Harry.

    We came to Safestore Orpington today because we have reserved a unit for a couple of weeks time and wanted to know the procedure and what we'll need to do on the day. We were met by Harry - a wonderful and incredibly efficient customer service member who bent over backwards to help us. He explained in detail what we'll need to do on our first day of storage and showed us around. He took us to what will be our unit. He told us all we needed to know and we feel secure in the knowledge he offered us. What a wonderful person he is and great at his job as we even left with several packing boxes and tape after recommendations and he explained prices. With lots of storage unit companies springing up I'd always use Safestore Orpington if Harry stays the front man of the company because he really is a nice guy who knows his job role and does it extremely well. Nice one Harry and a big thanks for making us feel we matter.

    Moved in today, only called up at 3pm and had move my 2 bed house into a unit by 5.30pm! Harry was very helpful and is a credit to this company. Made everything as easy as possible. The price is much cheaper than other local companies too, and you only have to pay one month in advance which is better then the other quotes I had from other storage companies. Very happy! - Katie
