Great customer service all round at the Farnham branch. Patrick was really helpful in supplying me the best space for my belongings and worked with me to set everything up in advance due to short timescale to move and get in before closing. On the day there was no wasting time as had only 30 minutes to get everything into the unit before closing. Stuart was incredible, super friendly, helpful and accommodating considering I was quite stressed and flustered. He did his best to get us in and made sure we were okay. Customer service exceptional. With regards to the storage unit itself. The lift is quite slow, slower than other storage facilities but plenty of trolleys and large enough to unload a whole van which is super handy. No need to go back and forth. Bit annoying, there is no access outside of closing and no opportunity to go outside of this which is a bit frustrating if you have limited time like myself. Would be good to have out of hours to say 8 or 9pm when booked in advance or in the event running late with moving.

Hi, is everything OK? I very briefly had a look at your website out of curiosity, since then I have had 5 phone calls, several text messages and plenty of emails, the last message stating my quote is expiring although I have never had a quote, to be honest your sounding very desperate !
