Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Why it did not get 5 stars is that Safestore calculates a week, 6 days. I did not know that and was not told that. So if they give you an offer for a week, remember its for 6 days, not 7. My opinion is that this is a way of ripoff but ok.

Pros: good price Cons: unfriendly at reception, made me fill out all of the same forms i filled out online twice, left me to put my heavy bags in a suspended locker that required a 10 foot rolling ladder (dangerous to do alone)
