The store is clean and well lit, easily accessible and the staff pleasant and helpful. Aaron was particularly good. I would like more open and transparent pricing, so that getting a quote doesn’t involve multiple rounds of phone calls and messaging. I really hate the deal-broking, negotiating side of it... such a waste of time. 24 hour access would be good and the icing on the cake would be climate controlled storage to keep things warm and dry

The storage was expertly cleaned and excellent service provided by the young man as administrator in efficiently setting up the agreement for me to sign. There is a serious problem with lack of internet access and no wifi available at your office as your agreement demands access to documents stored on the internet for photo identification and proof of address. Ver poor status I'm afraid.
