I can not fault the level of service I have recieved from all the staff at Safestore Yardley. I had to use the units during a very stressful time and the enitre team were always helpful. Jenny in particular was always available for any queries and recitifed any mistakes immediatley. They were all friendly, professional and courteous. 4 years ago driving up the motorway with all my life in a van and Yardley safestore stayed open an extra hour for me to arrive after being stuck in traffic 1 hour on motorway 110% for customer service very helpful I formative and I even got a no hassle refund in 24 hours when I found a flat they are the dogs bolloxs
