Do not book with this place. Their customer service are rude (particularly a female receptionist that I talked to) and not at all understanding of individual circumstances. They have caused me significant distress and profit by stealing your money. If they reply saying they are happy to discuss the issues with you, don't believe them as they have not resolved any of the issues I raised after numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone. The manager himself (Tiego) has not bothered to reply to the email I sent him. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.

Google maps does not indicate the path to take to find the entrance and no indications are on the reservation. You need a badge to enter, no way to reach the accommodation. Luckily I came across a resident who opened the door to me! The beds are not comfortable and move. The windows don't really open for ventilation and the shower is hot (is not adjustable). The staff, however, were very welcoming. And there are curtains for sleeping with privacy. The location is very good (once you have a badge)! (Original) Arrivée tardive (2h du matin), toutes les entrées du parc étant fermées j'ai bien cru dormir dehors.. Google maps n'indique pas le chemin à prendre pour trouver l'entrée et aucune indications sont sur la réservation. Il faut un badge pour entrer, aucun moyen de joindre l'hébergement. Heureusement j'ai croisé un résident qui m'a ouvert ! Les lits ne sont pas confortables et bougent. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas vraiment pour aérer et la douche est brûlente (n'est pas réglable). En revanche le personnel a été très accueillant. Et il y a des rideaux pour dormir avec de l'intimité. La localisation est très bien (une fois que l'on a un badge) !

One word: mice. I could literally hear them getting into the lockers at night, so don’t bring any sort of food unless you want your bag chewed through (exactly what happened to me). Location was lovely, but staff was very off putting and gave attitude whenever I asked a basic question. It’s honestly worth paying a bit more to NOT stay here. Safety: Located in a beautiful park, but it’s not great for female solo travelers at night.

(Original) Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis et surtout pas mauvais mais là je me dit que c'est peut être la seule solution. J'avais réservé une chambre pour deux personnes avec salle de bain privative du 4 au 7 mai 2023. Le 3 mai au soir je reçois un message pour nous dire que notre chambre n'était pas disponible pour cause de travaux alors que nous avions réservé des mois à l'avance ! Après une proposition de déclassement dans une chambre de 4 et salle de bain commune, l'auberge nous laisse le choix d'annuler sans frais notre réservation. Ce que je demande… Mis aujourd'hui le 22 mai, j'ai été prélevé de la totalité du séjour, sans y voir mis les pieds et je n'arrive pas à avoir un remboursement ! Terrible experience, I do not recommend this hostel unless it is your last option. Access is quite uncomfortable, there are very small and uncomfortable rooms. We had a problem in our room for two leaks at 11 at night, they remedied it by giving us free breakfast (without taking into account that we had already paid for free breakfast) and a "decent" room for one night, they told us that the next day we should vacate that room and return to ours. When we went to leave our bags at the luggage store because the room was not yet ready and we had scheduled activities and we had to leave, we were charged for storing the luggage. The workers are not at all friendly, workers with little desire to work and badly faced. Without naming the breakfast that was a total disappointment, they took a long time to replenish things and there was no variety, for 2 pounds more I could eat an English breakfast with drink in another place that was really worth it. I don't recommend this hostel at all
