Safehouses offers excellent training and support to foster carers and the children & young people in their care. This support does not stop once the young adults move on to independence, as support is still offerered, with hampers and some useful household equipment. But, without a doubt, the main strength of Safehouses is the lovely friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome that is always received at the office. I have missed the visits there during lockdown.
