Very efficient and equally helpful staff. I had to come away from Audley Mills, my usual chemist whom I have been using for many years, as they were discriminative towards me, which the primary care team, and other support workers were horrified at. So, I'm very happy I changed to Grange Pharmacy who have been a breath of fresh air

If I could give no stars I would, so many occasions my prescriptions have been wrong or missed. Today the assistant was awfully hostile, no guidance on door or window as to how many people allowed in but I followed the measured lines only to be barked at to wait outside! No explanation! Before I have been and four people have been in but observing the social distancing guidelines. I then asked about an issue I had and about some shampoo or treatment to only be told abruptly to go to my GP! Pharmacists are there to help relieve some pressure from the GP especially with what I asked about! I felt humiliated, ordered and ashamed / embarrassed to be a professional who works in the health care / social care field! I fully support the other complaints on here, I never had any issues with the previous manager polite, caring, supportive and helpful, this pharmacy and the care of customers is atrocious, avoid at all costs!!
