I ordered some clothing online. I received my order and some clothing was the wrong size to what I ordered. After paying £8.35 for delivery their was nothing in place to send it back so I had to send it back myself at £4.50 After sending it back I emailed to say can I swap the clothing for the correct size, 18 emails later still never got to the bottom of swapping the clothing apart from them telling me I need to re order and pay £8.35 delivery again after having to call them. I’ve Used these over the years and have been ok but wouldn’t bother again it’s a joke, all i asked was for the delivery charges to be knocked off
