DONT WASTE UR MONEY HE IS JUST WASTE OF TIME The Gas engineer (Mr Omer) claims that he got 20 years of experience where as he dont know what he is doing, very un professional, booked him for my boiler repair, he came spend 30 mins most of the time keep talking abt his homeland, just clean 1 rusty part and said this was the only problem, your boiler is ok now, When left hv the same problem again very next morning, i called him to come back and fix it, because its not been sorted, came a week after (coz he was busy), untill then boiler was working, all we hv to do is restart again and again, it was my bad-luck that i was not at home, he tried again to fix the problem but could not do so, and instead make it more worse, Not even worse totally breakdown, and we never knew it, he left the property without informing that our boiler is not working at all and i destroyed it, After he left my partner called me and said boiler is not working at all, I call this so called gas engineer who said he got 20 years of experience, he said i tried to fix it but i couldn’t and i think the Gas Valve of the boiler is faulty, He wants me to book him again, pay for the part as well as his labour again to get it fixed Very unprofessional and “0” knowledge Dont risk yourself to call him Its full waste of your money Now he is not answering my call M going to report him to Gas Safe as well as consumer court

Omer came 2 weeks ago to fix our leaking boiler. His work has been spot on as far as I can tell and he is polite over the phone. FYI the appointment needs to be booked online and deposit must be paid by card on their site. I was a bit skeptical at first but all turned out fine.
