Took my wife to purchase a new mobility scooter as her previous one had seen better days. The assistance given by the staff was amazing. My wife was given the opportunity to test drive the scooters before making her decision. This wasn't my first visit as have been into Safehands for repairs / spares etc and always the staff are friendly and very accommodating. If you want anything for the less abled person this should be your first stop....and your last because you won't want to go anywhere else believe me!

Purchased a mobility scooter from the Birchington branch. Fantastic advice and service from Neil (managing director), Hazel (branch manager) and Neil (workshop manager). After obtaining our requirements, a couple of models were presented as suitable options. Knowledgable and friendly service with no salesman patter or hard sell. Each member of the team contributed their insights to ensure we purchased the most suitable model. Neil, even did a modification to the scooter ensuring it was truly fit for purpose. If you are in the market to purchase a mobility scooter or indeed any other mobility product, then I would highly recommend Safe Hands Mobility. You will not be disappointed.
