I ordered qty 2 x 500ml Firexo 7 in 1 extinguishers which arrived promptly but 1 extinguisher showed low pressure on the gauge. I emailed the company for advice but 4 days later had not had a reply so I phoned the company and a replacement was received 4 days later and the old unit was collected at the same time. I could have speeded up the replacement if I just phoned the company instead of emailing them first. Would use again as outcome was positive but dropped a star for lack of email response.
