I have been customer for over 2 years. Last week the lady cancel my booking. Today, at 3:30pm i book by phone, all done but at 7:10 pm, at Sawbridgeworth office, local and hour of my booking, i was informed that they cancel, no drivers ( if so, they knew this when i book this afternoon ) , plus, the lady say that she send to me one sms at 6:30 pm , thats not true. Second time in one week, this lady do this. Very unprofessional. Unreliable company.
