By far the best haircut i have had MashAllah and alhumdulillah. Sadia made me feel so welcome and relaxed and my daughters too as my daughters have had their haircut from sadia before and my daughters absolutely loved it and so did i. The customer service is absolutely spot on. I felt at ease with sadia and left it to sadia to cut and style my hair and she truly exceeded my expectations so thank you sadia.

I've never been for a professional haircut before as I always get my mum to trim it for me. I've been searching for a professional haircut place all over Birmingham but never seem to find the right one as I want a good haircut from someone who knows what they're doing and will listen to customer requests. The service at Sadias studio is so welcoming and herself and her assistant are so nice. Felt like home. They did everything really well and in the end I was extremely happy with the results. Omg what an experience! During my initial consultation with Sadia, I expressed my concerns and my expectation regarding my hair colouring. Boy did she nail it or what! Not only did she give me the perfect shade of bronde (brown / blonde) but the knowledge that she shared regarding hair care tips was priceless. Shes such a humble, down to earth person that gave me her time to listen, took her time on me and was very very welcoming. Her staff that I met where absolutely amazing. During my treatment, i was well informed of each process step by step which put me at ease and instilled my confidence in her! I opted for Sadias signature haircut which gave my hair the volume and bounce that it lacked and needed. I also had the balayage hair colouring which further more injected life into my dead hair lol. The atmosphere / salon is ever so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this salon for hair colouring and cuts to anyone and everyone looking for their moneys worth! Firstly very good customer service… that’s spot on…. Got my hair cut… mediocre cut nothing major… most of the effect is achieved by the blow dry machine used rather than a skilled amazing cut… the biggest issue here is she’s chopped off way more than I asked…. I said a trim as I am growing it and have been for quite some time I ended up with quite a few inches lobbed off! So bare this in mind when booking…. Again excellent customer service can’t fault it…. But obvs I’m more concerned with my hair and it’s length!
