I agree with another reviewer, Ken was a true gentleman and a great saddle fitter so vey sad to hear of his passing. But I too am owed money for two saddles which have been sold and am being totally ignored. This is disgusting behaviour.

News of Ken’s passing was extremely sad as he was a real gentleman and an excellent saddler. It is a shame that his name is being tainted by current affairs. My saddle was sold back in April and I have never received funds. I have been told Saddleworld was going into liquidation and then that it is being taken over by a family member. Either way, I am now being totally ignored after numerous emails, phone calls and letter letters and have no saddle and are minus £890. Truly despicable behaviour that Ken would be horrified about
