This doctors surgery is a absolute disgrace! You cannot get an appointment, even if you call at 8am (when they open) by 8.04 they apparently have no appointments left. Been trying to get to see the doctor for over 3 weeks now ,due to ear infection I've been left to suffer in pain . Even been up to the urgent care centre in Walsall manor hospital, where I was told that I must make an appointment to see my GP as I have an suspected underline problem causing chronic ear infections . The gentleman who explained above to me also wrote to my GP surgery expressing his concerns and explaining that he recommends I should be seen by my GP. But still they say they have apparently received no letter from the hospital and they cannot help out in any way because there is still no appointments available, due to there being only one GP working in the whole doctors surgery (which I'm sure is completely untrue). Explained the situation to (clueless) office staff that seem more concerned about dunking their custard creams in their tea ,rather than helping out in any way! I do not understand how Walsall council allow this joke of a doctor's surgery to stay open . It should be shut down! Or be replaced with more competent GPS and office staff! This place should be ashamed of their selfs!

I've been with this surgery for over 30 years and it's gone downhill over this time. I just called at 8am and system told me there were 4 people ahead of me. When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me all appointments had gone! 4! How much does this surgery cost the NHS? Two doctors can't do 5 appointments in a day? Being a member of this surgery is basically the same as not having one.
