I won't ever deal with this company again. I placed an order for 2 pairs of gloves described as Coolmesh. when I received them they weren't the Coolmesh I expected so I called the company. I found them initially very helpful as they apologised for the error in description and told me to return them and let them know the cost of return postage and I would be reimbursed in full. I have received a refund for my initial invoice but not the return postage costs. Despite repeated emails and a phone call they are refusing to reimburse me and are consequently in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have been reported to Trading Standards.
