From the second I walked in , I was greeted by girl Sam who is the most warm and friendly person and I honestly felt that we had been mates for years an absolute joy to have met you, and then I was taken upstairs to man Sam who was as equally warm and friendly and also like we had been mates for years too , Sam designed my small tattoo , even better than the image I had gone in with and I am absolutely over the moon with the finished tattoo, totally perfect and professional and yet being so so friendly! I can’t recommend these guys enough!! They are true ambassadors to your company and I will a million percent recommend you to anyone that compliments me on my little unicorn tattoo!! After seeing some negative reviews recently for this amazing tattoo studio I felt like i needed to leave an honest review of the outstanding customer service to the brilliantly talented artists they have at Sacred Art. I have used Sacred Art for my last 2 tattoo's and I can say I wouldn't go anywhere else, everything about the shop is professional and clean and the after care is brilliant too - It's a shame that in these hard times people can slate a business when it's clearly themselves at fault. My husband and I have both had daith piercings about six weeks ago. What a brilliant experience, Sam was absolutely amazing. I had the daith to help relieve chronic migraine. I can honestly say my migraines have improved around 75% thus far which is fantastic. Thank you to the amazing receptionist, who made our overall experience even more special. Thank you to you both. Today we went for our second visit for nose piercing. Again the experience was excellent, Sam once again was superb, as was the receptionist on our entry to the shop. After some thought and being ignored I think it's best I leave a review. I attempted to get a tattoo here and was told black/ brown people are unable to get coloured tattoos with a fickle attempt at being scientific. Instead of arguing the point I left obviously flustered and sent an email with images of my skin tone with colour tattoos to the business- this was ignored. I then went into the shop to ask for a response, the receptionist apologised and said the owner would be in touch. This was in October 22 I have heard nothing. I am disgusted at my treatment and the lack of consideration given to me during this. I would leave a minus score if I could. If you value fairness and equality I wouldn't give sacred art your money or let them put their prejudice energy into Your body. Update as of today the owner has left the below response and gave me call to once again reiterate she knows black people so couldn’t possible be unfair, they gave sound legal advise at the time of refusal, as it’s been 6 months i need to get over the prejudice and the owner was also vocal in stating I am clearly the issue and even though we are all equal black people still can’t get any and all tattoos - this made sense to her and she stands beside it. I have now been blocked from contacting the shop, because equality I couldn’t make this up

DO NOT USE!! This tattoo shop scammed me and committed fraud! I booked a reservation slot for 4 hours 2pm-6pm costing me £60 up front. I attended 20 minutes late and the front door of the store was locked! and the receptionist Sam with blonde hair who made the reservation wasn’t even there! I waited until 3:10 and no one showed up. I contacted the receptionist and they said the artist only waits 10 minutes! when I already paid for a reservation slot between 2-6 ! They refused to refund me! That’s the scam. The fraud they committed was; the receptionist Samatha manipulated me into paying by friends and family via PayPal so they could dodge taxes which is fraud and also so I could t claim my money back through PayPal, as that is a customers right if they do not receive a service.
