If I could rate 0 stars I would - save yourself time and stress and do not book here, probably the worst experience I have ever had using Airbnb. They cancelled our booking (on a non-refundable booking) and told us that we needed to change our dates. After three phone calls and contacting Airbnb we *should* get our money back. They should not be offering bookings as they are not a self contained space. Helen was rude, Jasmine was very helpful in getting the booking refunded.
