You'd imagine a company called sack truck direct would be able to manage to deliver a complete sack truck. Apparently this is beyond them and they sent a sack truck with 1 wheel not attached and no way of attaching it. If you're running a business these aren't the business to deal with. Incapable of simple sales.

Very poor service. Ordered a 2 section sack truck from these guys back in April, was advised on the order that the expected shipping date would to be 3rd May. Despite several promises the order was going to be despatched, alas we're now in July with so no fulfilment. Checked on the website, and now the it was listed as been in stock. Contacted their customer services, who advised that actually the item wasn't in stock. They contacted their supplier and then came back to me saying there still wasn't a delivery date. Raised the question, at what point would I have been contacted to say they item wouldn't be fulfilled, or they couldn't course it - no clear answer to it. It seems that they maybe operate on a drop ship setup, which given the current environment we're all working in, isn't ideal - but would be handy if they advised this prior to placing an order with them. Very poor service, very poor response. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Really not happy! Purchased a sack truck for delivering gas cylinders had it two months and has cracked! Cylinders weigh maximum 90 kg and it says on their website load is 300 kg! I have emailed and phoned and not heard anything back! I was hoping to buy more sack trucks but I will not be using this company again!
