We purchased our daughter's Bridal outfit in February and ended up buying the outfits for our entire family as the quality, choice of suits and customer service was top class. Asif and Sam were really professional, courteous and patient throughout the whole process which really put us at ease, so we will definitely be returning to them for future family weddings and would highly recommend them.

We bought a walima dress from this shop, costing thousands. When the dress arrived, we had an appointment for my partner to try it on. We walked in early and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. When she tried it on, the zip at the back was broken. My partner is from London. They said they will fix it in 2 hours. After 2 hours we tried it on again. The zip was still broken, the dress was ripped, the arms were the wrong length, and the shoulders didn't sit right. We expressed our dissatisfaction. The shop owner shouted at us. After another hour they came back with the dress, with a different coloured zip that didn't match the dress. They said it's not their fault their zips are from India. They aggressively demanded full payment even though the dress was mismatched and imperfect and we are left with a dress we are not totally satisfied with, and a harrowing experience of being embarrassed by the staff for shouting at us in front of other customers for no reason other than them making a mistake. Excruciating poor service with bad quality dresses and a waste of money and time

I went here for my sisters wedding, uncle has been fabulous the whole way through, their customer service is exceptional! He listens to everything you tell him and accommodates accordingly, I have been to the other wedding shops and their customer service is nothing compared to uncles in Sache. We will be coming back in the future In sha Allah for more outfits. I have been to so many shops for my bridal and mehndi outfits, but did not find anything, and I knew it was only because I have full trust in uncle Asif, only he could make my vision into reality. And he did a splendid job!!!! Alhamdullilah!! I love my bridal outfit and the mehndi outfit!!! It is the exact vision I had in my mind! And Uncle Asif bought it to life!! Ma'sha'allah it was sooo beautiful! Even more than I expected!!! I asked for something different, not like the usual traditional brides.. I like to go for something different, and uncle Asif understood straight away what I wanted!! Alhamdullilah the customer service is sooo great! Uncle Asif is like family!!! Excellent service. Definitely recommend everyone to just go straight to Sache and get your outfits. No wasting time or money. We ordered outfits from Stratford Road Birmingham 3 weeks before the weding they came and we was shocked to see how bad they came we fought for our deposits back and was upset what to do as the wedding is 3 weeks away. We went to Sache and spoke to Asif and told situation he very generously said I will try my best and gave us our stunning outfits 2 and half weeks later. Very fast reliable shop
