Terrible company to deal with. Charge a lot of money and very poor communication. No update on my wife naturalisation application. I have been been trying to get hold of the case worker for weeks. When I call they are always in meetings and never return calls. If you have Reena as your case worker do not proceed with this company. I am regretting going with them.
