Never been to this place before, and I won't be going again. Had my vegetable yellow curry and garlic rice when I started to eat it I noticed a black hair in it , I called waitress she took it away then manager came and saw me, I refused to pay , he offered me something else but I couldn't get that image of the hair out of my head. They never charged me for my main course, but the attitude of the manager was not help ful at all.

I would like to rate sabai sabai 1. The reason for this is I ordered a takeaway home delivery with deliveroo. They delivered my meal in the time allocated, which was great! When eating my starter, which was the chicken satay, something wasn't right with these. I have had plenty in the past from the same restaurant so I knew what taste I expected. I phoned and spoke to the manager whose name was james, I explained the situation but instead of being helpful he replied "take it up with deliveroo"!!! Now the last time I checked, deliveroo was a delivery company, not the chef. I explained again that sabai sabai are responsible not the delivery company but still I got the same answer. This was appalling of sabai sabai not taking responsibility of their food standards yet prefering to blame the delivery company who infact just deliver the food!! I will never be ordering a takeaway from them again or vist their restaurant chain. I'm very disappointed!!!

Their coconut rice is elite! Desserts were nice too. A little pricy but nice for special outings/work outings. They do ask questions if you remove service charge so that is a bit forced. Vegetarian options: Halal too
