If you own a Saab and are based in the Midlands area look no further. Cannot endorse more highly. Have never experienced such excellent service related to my car. My car's ignition switch just randomly stopped working, got stuck in neutral, forgot the car key ID and drained the battery. Crazy. Frazer was incredibly helpful on the phone without any guarantees I would even get my car over to him because I live quite far away. He really helped me out of a hole. Helped me figure out how to get the car over. How to get over to collect etc. Nobody that I normally use locally was interested in helping. The key care guy couldn't fix it and my local Saab specialist wanted to charge double for the diagnostics and told me they were too busy. Bagnall were also booked out for 3 weeks. Frazer said get it over and he will sort it. He gave me the choice of a brand new ignition or a 2nd hand one. The total cost to repair very affordable. Very genuine honest service. Proper Saab enthusiast. A rare experience and a gem.
