I made an appointment over the phone, showed up and the lady didn’t know what I was talking about. Furthermore, a price of £30 each for my partner and I was given for a neck and shoulder massage. I told the lady about the discussion over the phone previous to my arrival and she shouted in my face “NEVER”. I quickly left, and went to The Spa Hotel on Ribby Village which was TOTALLY MORE THAN WORTH THE MONEY, £50 each person — all day.
