Very friendly warehouse staff, lovely lady on the forklift, if delivering in an artic then just pull up outside of the gates and they will tip you on the road then you need to reverse back blind side into an another company entrance/exit but there's plenty of room to do this.

After researching rat blockers on the Internet, S1E Limited were the stockists for a product I was looking at. I telephoned S1E and Brandon dealt with my call. One of the issues I had was I had a 5 inch pipe feeding into a 4 inch pipe. The devices available were suitable for 4 and 6 inch pipes. I had a series of discussions over a few days with Brandon. Brandon measured the device and emailed me photographs. He was thorough and very patient and above all, very, very professional. I discussed with Brandon all the pro's and cons' and made the decision to go for the 4 inch device as it was felt this would fit the best. I received the device in a couple of days and I have successfully fitted the device and I am very happy. I am very grateful for the fantastic customer service and support Brandon gave me. He knew his stuff and made sure I was aware of every detail with the product. This review is worth six stars ****** I would not hesitate to recommend S1E. Thank you.
