Purchased a trik just before covid for my wife who has had a stroke. Absolutely loved it. After a year there was a noise from the back end. Sent photos to jorvic through email for help. Told they couldn't help me as I purchased an old bike. Left to sort it myself. Be careful not what they protray.

I am very happy with my jmt6. Thus five stars. Deservedly. Delivered after two weeks. Out of UK communication leaving much to be desired. Overall excellent packing, with minor and very unnecessary snags. Not all bits and pieces in the toolbox carton, but some screws very much on the loose in the big box and only noticed by chance. The tools coming with it are very good. The assembly manual, though very well done, could do with updating. The trailer box in particular had suffered from damp and very tight straps damaging the box. A fair number of staples were rather not doing their duty. No bolt for mounting the trailer coupling provided. No statutory warning labels with regard to batteries on the packaging. That is a no go! The manifold plug was not connected to the control box near the pedals. A no go you should have noticed. The trailer, else excellent, needed some minor, but annoying, remedial work to faults that must have occured before spray painting or at factory assembly. Fortunately I am quite good with DIY.....

Im on to my second trike why two you ask the wife felt left out and to add insult to injury i had my third bout of epilepsy in five years this mid october so license gone again and major balance problem after inner ear issue so a trike was the only option picked my latest one up yesterday it was a no brainer it ticked every box final build in an hour and away i go

Where Do I Start. The good bits the trikes look great and ride reasonably well. Now the bad points, I ordered2 JMT7 trikes for my partner and sister in law. Everything seemed ok, partner gets a call from a so called insurance company just to confirm we bought the trikes, my partner was bit hesistant cos it didnt sound right and asked them to call back, which they never did so we thought it could have been a scam and thought nothing of it. After several weeks near the delivery date there was no sign of the trikes, so I emailed Jorvik who in turn said the order was cancelled when I asked why they said it was a fraudulent claim as stated by their insurance company. They said I could re order the trikes but I said no u have our money just send the trikes out but said they cant do that as they would need payment another £6000. After Lengthy emails they still refused to give money back so I went thru my bank to retrieve the money. 2nd bad point, the trikes have cheap parts on them, they are not durable, the suspension forks are basic at best just steel springs that dont do anything. 3rd They actually do not know what sizing their trikes are, they said clamp size was 36 instead it was actually 34.9. they also gave the wrong front axle size of 100mmx10mm, that is completely wrong cos it no way a fat tyre fork sizing. To put this is perpestive i purchased a Santa Cruz Heckler (£9000) and their customer service was 2nd to none compared to jorvik who seem to sell u the trike take your money and dont give a damn if it actually works or not. In summary Jorvik nice looking trikes with cheap chinese parts with poor customer service.

Hi, I bought a trike from this company at the beginning of 2022. I absolutely love my bike and have found it good quality. But I have to agree with a few of the other reviewers the customer care needs improvement. It’s not too easy to get in touch, unless you phone the sales number, !!! I emailed a couple of after sales questions and was just replied with a link to a YouTube video. I think they need to up their game on the after sales service.

Upset and a disaster from the start I wouldn’t waste your time. Ordered mid July, Trike turned up mid august used on a pallet covered in mud, scratches and damaged. It was meant to be a birthday surprise but Jorvik ruined it for me. The refund has taken weeks to sort out and also had to wait for management to return after 10 days to action this. Unacceptable. I am disgusted with your customer care as your pride yourself on it and product quality. Sending me a used second hand damaged trike is not on. Delivery rejected because of the state it turned up in. Unable to get hold of the CEO and management hasn’t been available. How can you run a business with no authority to take action immediately when needed. I would stay away from this company as it’s caused so much stress and upset through no fault of my own and also out of pocket. Don’t waste your time (Posted on here as they have FLAGGED my review worth trust polite as they don’t like the truth)

For a year and a half I looked at the website every day. I already used a tricycle, and I was fascinated by what Jorvik promised. Today I can say that I am very happy with my purchase. It was super easy to assemble by myself, even without knowing much English. The tutorial videos here on the page are essential. I found it super fast, and I did several tests. Today I feel that there is a lot of practicality in the electric model. I can climb the steep curves of the University effortlessly. The material is resistant. All very well done. The battery lasts an average of 3 days. It is worth buying cargo bags to better accommodate shopping or backpacks. The only points that I see as disadvantages are: if the battery is low, it is very difficult to pedal without any assistance. So the use as a type of bicycle is not the proposal of this model. The lights only come on when turned on. So I need to use extra flashlights.

Purchased numerous trikes from Jorvik pre covid, the products are pretty good however the customer service provided since 2020 has been nothing short of appalling. If you have an issue with your trike this company will ignore your emails, will pass the buck, will show no empathy to your needs & show no responsibility in providing a positive "after sales" customer service.
