Waited 3 weeks after the collection date to phone me and tell me I had incurred additional charges! Why didn’t they phone when the contract had ended - made them more expensive than my usual company which lets me use the skip for as long as I want without extra charges. Needless to say, the next two skips that I need will revert back to my previous company.
