Always a little unnerving, but the guys at SPS give me such confidence and made it so easy. Plenty of photos and videos sent and always happy to answer my questions. I bought a brand new lexmoto electric motorbike from here and the battery failed after barely any usage. It didn't even make it to its first service. After 6 months of trying to get it fixed and been mugged off, I've given up. Due to my experience I can't recommend this shop, I 100% would tell anyone to avoid lexmoto altogether. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Looks like I'm another grand lighter for another battery. How do these people sleep at night? I hope karma does it's thing.
