First time ordered and local to shop first delivery was 15-20min late then waffle tasted like banana when ordered a oreos and strawberry waffle oreos crumbs tasted like sweats not crushed cookies milk cake was soggy like was old or not even certified milk cake just a normal cream spong cake soaked in milk only thing was on point was hot choclate

I saw they had another bad review about the card. For me it was the same problem. Was not possible to pay with the card. The girl asked me to order through uber eat and select "collection". Of course, as the price is almost double. Dissapointed. We not gonna come back again.

Milkshake was absolutely disgusting and cookie dough was cold and tasteless. One of the worst places I’ve ate from and will never go again. I got sick couple days later. Food hygiene must be poor.

I've given a 1 star purely for customer service. The mojito was nice however.. I come in to order to be told card machine was not working. My son wanted the drink but I was told the nearest cash point was 15 minute walk, I said if I can pay via just eat as I can do a collection order. No problem. The price charged is twice the amount in-store. Not one of the two staff a young lady and guy offered to refund the difference when I had clearly come in as a walk in customer for something that would take a few minutes and just good customer service would gone a long way but also would be fair. I find it wrong that you charged me £9.00 for something that's £4.50 because your machine wasn't working. For that a total 1 star it's a real shame. If the owner is seeing this please eCheck order placed 7/4/23 around 6.45pm for collection one mojito item, you can see I'm in store already.

We Were in Birmingham and fancied some dessert before the journey back to Bristol. We came across S’mores and their packaging caught our eye - lets just say they did not disappoint. Their waffles are so fresh and amazing quality. I will definitely be back when visiting birmingham for some of their s’morijtos which looked unique. This is a must try place and you wont be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered through deliveroo and the restaurant themselves delivered. But they didn't even go to the right address and when we called up we were on the phone for half an hour as they refused to refund us even though it's their fault they went to the wrong address! deliveroo was no help either! Appalling service don't order from here they will steal your money.
