Pete visited me yesterday to correct my bodged attempts to remove black oil stains from a beige carpet... Whilst he must see things like this every day he was lovely and didn't make me feel an idiot... I wasn't expecting him to be a miracle worker BUT somehow he managed to get rid of my mess and now it's as good as new. Not only that but he then cleaned the stairs so all of the carpet was clean - £72.00 inc VAT - bargain! I now know to never ever use shop bought carpet cleaners; leave it to the professionals and I would recommend SMS Carpet Cleaning.
