I can’t recommend stefan and jay enough, having waiting months for other plumbers to return to fix a cold radiator, they arrived on time and within 2 hrs the house was like a sauna. Both guys were so courteous and polite, they had promised me they wouldn’t leave without radiator working and they fulfilled their promise. 5***** does not give them enough credit, thanks guys. Just had a new boiler installed into my house. Chose S&M because it was local to my residential address in Audenshaw. I could not be happier with the results. Very professional, tidy installation and job done in the alotted timescale. Price on point and very thorough outfit in explaining the working of the boiler. We have used this company a couple of times since buying our house a year ago. They have installed a new boiler for us as well as giving us our dream bathroom. Everyone we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. All despite the house having very dodgy plumbing and botched DIY jobs over the years which has caused them no end of issues! Especially a big thank you to Tony for sorting our bathroom and Mike for being responsive to all of our queries throughout all of the processes. Couldn't recommend them enough. Phoned in morning to enquire about a price for bath tap and basin tap refit, was told someone would phone before 12 noon. 12.30 pm I phoned again and was told they had just returned to office and wouldn't be able to done job for at least a month, I asked about this and they said they had me down as a complete bath and basin refit not the taps, so they could come and price job at 2.30pm. At 2.20pm was contacted to say they were running 20 mins late, so i waited, and waited, at 3.30pm i phoned again no answer, same as at 4pm no answer, ended up finding another plumbing firm and have arranged to come and do job, complete waste of time and discourtious not even responding to my calls, suggest you avoid, would less than 1 star if could
