Having an SME series V pickup arm I can only say the sound quality is quite unbelievable. Coupled with the incredible Shure Ultra 500 and Garrard 401 turntable, I doubt this combination could rivaled. But I needed a good record cleaning machine. The one I had KMAL had too many issues and needed daily repairs and adjutments. I purchased a Loricraft Audio PRC4i from SME as they now manufacture this incredible machine. The PR4i is made to the same standards of the SME arms and decks and frankly it cleans to again an unbelievable standard. True English manufacturing to the highest Engineering standard. Long may SME continue to thrive and prosper? My everlasting thanks I salute you all! PDG

Have owned this unit many years a very accurent item . Tho now i need their help as had unfortunate accident with my turntable crashg to ground . The only bit unscaved is the actual arm .so need to see if sme can help me and rebuild a beutiful audio piece much loved by me for yours. Tis perfection rj bolton
