Had my car serviced a couple of months ago and ask them to investigate why my tyre gauge kept telling my I had a puncher even though there was nothing wrong with it. They said the pressure was wrong so it sorted now. Only for it to go again a couple of weeks later. Booked it in again saying that it was still not right and was charged again for something they didn't sort last time. I am find paying for the new valve but £115 for a job I feel I'd already paid for was a bit rich. investigation that I'd asked whe

I bought my car three years ago and invested in the 3 year service agreement. I am very pleased that I did so as it has proved to be a good investment, working out far cheaper than paying for each service separately. SMC staff have been easy to deal with, courteous and responsive. They also offer a pick up service for vehicles when they are going into the garage, which I used this time. It was much appreciated, especially as I live a fair distance from the garage.

Excellent professional service with regards to sales. For after sales, that’s another matter. You can never get hold of them. They have lost my business for servicing and for future sale of 2 cars. I will be looking elsewhere. Shame as I do like Seat’s, but will be looking at other makes next year. Highly recommend
