Rude receptionist. Garage not willing to work with my warranty company in terms of getting paid directly by them, after I had asked and they said they do work with warranty companies. Had to pay cash for my diagnostic, and wasn't given the fault code for my car, so warranty company did not reimburse me.

Jess was fantastic, helpful and lovely on a cold Friday morning, just like how the centre used to be. Shame though, as whilst I waited no quote was given and was then presented with a much larger bill than anticipated. An hour and a half labour fee from when the car came at 8:05 til 8:55am… that doesn’t add up! Whilst no doubt it was a good job, the way the work was carried out and the way I was spoke to when questioned has hindered the historically honest service. Anyway, hope this google review helps. As a family been coming there ages, but the arrogant new owner has stopped that. A real, real shame.
