Don't use their service. Today went with them to the trip. Temperature outside were 28 degrees Celsius. Inside the coach it was literally 32 degrees Celsius. No Air Conditioners working. Travel without A/c for 1hr 30 min. It was ridiculous. Fully sweating the whole journey. Avoid it in every way.

Price was fine and coach turned up on time which were my main concerns - but driver was horribly rude, shouted at my guests and proceeded to block a one way road for 8 hours while the party went on. Definitely indefensible when there were coach bays available in the town and the blocked road is the only access to a hospital. On top of that he refused to wait 3 minutes past pickup time for the host of the party to actually get on the coach so I had to take a train home? Would recommend only if you’re content with being disrespected and having your guests verbally abused.

Great Communication, Very Clean & Presentable Buses As Well As The Drivers, Mr Izak & Ms Deol I Hired A 16 Seater & 49 Seater For A Family Funeral. Jasmeen Who Answered My Call Has Been Very Helpful From The Start. I Was Provided With Contact Details For Both Drivers Following Instructions Prior To Arrival. Everything Went Smoothly As Planned, Couldn't Ask For Anything More Thank You. There's Nothing Bad To Say At All, I Would Highly Recommend To Anyone As I Plan To Use This Service In The Near Future! After being very nervous considering the lack of reviews and information about this company, I can say that the service and support from SK coaches was fantastic. Booking for a school trip I was worried about lateness and the reliability of the service. However, on both journeys the drivers were early, pleasent and very helpful. Cost was very good, as was all contact I had with the booking team. Thanks!

Terrible - over 3 hours late to pick us up, no explanation and driver was swerving all over the road when we eventually did get picked up. wrote to them twice to complain and have been ignored. Also tried to contact Coach Scanner who we booked with to complain and they have also ignored. Do not use!

If i could leave 0 stars i would....coach was 3 1/2 hours late to pick us up, no communication, driver didn't even acknowledge being late. Slept in a cold field for 3 hours. Worst experience of my life. AVOID

To be avoided. Terrible process end to end. Booking was challenge. Sorting a seemingly easy pick up proved unbelievably hard. The first leg of the journey was well driven with no issues, the return leg was horrendous. Pick up was an hour later than the agreed time, the driver insisted on the first of three breaks before we departed (the 1st leg only had one). Shortly into the journey he took a 45 minute break which was expected given the regulatory obligations. In the period following that we experienced some concerning / eratic driving, that included emergency breaking on the M4. It was very clear to the passengers in the forward area of the coach that the driver was overtired - not only due to the eratic driving, but the talking to himself, and alot of physical movement typical of someone trying to stay awake. Following this period the driver insisted on another 15 minute coffee break that was unscheduled, this then led to the driver missing the next regulated deadline for a break, which forced the journey to terminate before reaching the booked destination (or risk sitting 2 miles away from our destination for another 45 minutes). Not sure how youre still in business.
