*** QUALITY SERVICE *** After 4 months of struggling with my hearing, which resulted in me becoming completely deaf in one ear. I was informed that I needed to be fitted with a hearing aid by ENT, but would only be fitted after Micro-suction. I was a little anxious visiting a private setting. However, Simon was very friendly and reassuring, you are shown inside your ear by a camera linked to the monitor. I had to attend twice as my ear, was completely blocked and Simon was great at fitting me in before the hearing aid fitting, which was very soon after my first appointment with Simon. On both occasion’s, I went straight in on time, great service, very clean setting & the procedure is fully explained, to put you at ease. If you’ve never had it done before, which I have - I 100% recommend Simon. After the Micro-suction, I attended ENT and was informed that I no longer needed to be fitted with an hearing aid and that my hearing had repaired to normal level, as a result of the micro suction. Thanks Simon, I will be back….!

GP had recommended syringing or microsuction. Hearing was down to approximately 75% and very muffled. I had feared greater issues, but it was just build up of wax. Booked with Simon and within 20 minutes had a clear ear and full audio restored. Simon showed the before and after on the screen. Quite impressive. Excellent value and service.
