I contacted the garage this morning, having damaged my coil spring last night. Sam offered his assistance straight away and ordered the new part for me. I had spent all morning calling around different garages trying to get support but with no luck. I drive around a lot for work, seeing clients with mental health issues in the community. When I explained this to Sam, he offered to carry out the work the same day, despite being booked up. It can be very difficult as a young female to find a garage with staff who are trustworthy and offer reasonable prices, but thankfully I have now found just that. Definitely recommend and will be returning when I am in need again in the future.

One of my headlights went out, called SJM, and they said I could take it in the next morning and they'd fit a new light; I got there and it was literally so quick that I didn't even have to turn my engine off and I was on my way home. All this for £15. This was my second time here, this right here is an honest business and I will always come here for repairs in the future. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a problem with the car losing speed and a weird noise, we were quite concerned as it's our first car. We thought it had something to do with the engine or fuel pressure problems from horror stories we'd heard, but the mechanics at SJM quickly identified the problem (it was only the brakes) and sorted it and answered my many questions. I could pay over the phone and they were very flexible with pick up and drop off arrangements. Highly recommend! Service: Brakes
