I called SJK as they were working on a property near by. They were quick to respond to my request and come and assess the job. They provided me with a written quote that I was happy to go ahead with. Craig arranged to come the following week and complete the work. All was done very neatly and professionally, In fact you can’t tell what has been done even though he had to get behind some boxing in in one room! Very personable however I had to get someone else to redo the shoddy workmanship. I was very disappointed to have been lied to re my ceiling roses - This only came to light (pun intended) when the plywood ceiling roses SJK had fitted were replaced by metal ones which were much smaller and fitted perfectly. I was led to believe this wasn't possible hence the ' painted and not even circular plywood' make do and mend situation. The flex on one of the lights had been cut too short which meant I had to re purchase another ceiling light. I'd give SJK - A - for effort - a good amateur.
