Repaired rotten floor after leak for an insurance quote. Took a while for them to arrive but eventually showed up. Had to go to local builders merchant to buy timber. Had wrong flooring so had to drive round local flooring suppliers to find something. Work looked good from inside bathroom but shower leaked immediately and sealant started to lift after three weeks. Then toilet waste became disconnected, showering ground under unit with human waste. Further investigation showed pipe cladding not replaced and new copper pipes completely unclad. Emailed and left messages on various numbers for them to contact me but nothing. Won’t be using again and cannot recommend.
