Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. They are rude, Aggressivd and have unfriendly sharp phone skills- and they’re the same face to face, regardless of how courteous you may be in exchange. The receptionist(s) lack people skills, empathy or any kind of compassion. I have asked 9 family members to stop using their service.

The optician is very rude and lacks customer services. He treats customers like they are animals. I think he is losing his marbles and needs to retire.

Extremely poor customer service with rude behavioural attitude from staff towards myself. Seriously avoid this place if I were you. I sure will not be returning. This place is a con!!! They tried to charge me £120+ for frame and glasses and did not offer pensioners discount through NHS scheme of £85 to £95. Misleading for sure. I will be suprised to know how many of them they are claiming back and not advising the client of the discount claimed back through the NHS schemes.

Terrible customer service. The optometrist is very moody and cut the line on me when I had a query. When I purchased my first frames, I was unknowingly conned; I was charged £120 when I should have been discounted for being with the nhs for my low income background - I WAS 16. These people make their money by conning the working class and the vulnerable. I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of moral conscience.
