    Bought citroen c4 early August. £9995, air con not working, drivers mirror broken, brake pads worn. I know we shouldn't have driven it away, but it was a long journey and we'd been promised everything was in good order. We took sel's word that he would cover the faults. Feel v stupid now. Promised that the payment for aircon repair that we had to fund would arrive last Monday following a phone call, having emailed the receipt on 25th Sept - still waiting.. The £330 bill for brakes we've covered ourselves. I would definitely spend your money elsewhere. I wish we had. Hello Andrew, it's Sel from S G Auto Care Ltd, Can you please ring me when your available. Thanks I wrote: Dear Sel. We would appreciate a prompt payment for the air con. I'm afraid we haven't time to ring and discuss. You have our bank details as you read them out to me over the phone to confirm that you received the email sent on Sept 25th. Yours sincerely. I do apologise for the payment not get done very quick but our admin who deals with payment is been away and then sick with covid for weeks. I just wanted to say that the payment will be done on Wednesday as she is back to work from Wednesday.     A dishonest operation. Stay well clear. Bought a Range Rover sport. Car was sold with FSH including cam belt change. Once purchased, we sent car to a specialist for a once over and tow bar fitting. Once tow bar fitted (and £500 spent) the specialist spotted an oil leak. This was from the cam seal. £700 to fix. At this point we contacted the dealer who said ‘it wasn’t leaking when it was here’. This was within 2 weeks of buying the car. We asked that due to the fact the car was in pieces at a land rover specialist, and it has a 3 month warranty, could they contribute to the repair. Not pay the whole bill, not collect the car which was in parts, simply do right by us and help with the bill. We suggested they pay for the parts as they would have to pay for these if fixing themselves. They said they will check with their ‘legal team’. They did not reply and did not offer to help. Due to desperately needing the car back, we asked the specialist to fix the leak. Whilst the specialist was fixing the leak they asked if we would like them to change the cam belt as it clearly needed changing. I said it had been done as per the service book. We then contacted the garage who’s name was next to the cam belt change work in the service book. They told us they have serviced the car, but they did not change the belts. So either the dealer we bought the car from, or someone else has fraudulently written that the cambelts have been changed in the service book! Upset by this and sure that any car dealer would be mortified to find out they had sold a car with a false description. I expected them to seek to remedy this and again, contribute to the remedial work so that the car was sold as described. With FSH. But they did not. They did not sound surprised. They simply said they will speak with their legal team. They did not get back to us again and we were forced (as we had now spent another £1200 on the tow bar and oil leak) to pay for the service work to be completed. I gave the dealer another chance asking that they respond by the end of the next working week. They did not. They ghosted us and another deadline for a response has come and gone. So whilst I stand little chance of getting my money back, I wanted to warn other consumers to avoid this garage at all costs. Reading the comments about this dealer it appears I’m not the first to be sold a car which is in need of a cam belt replacement. Steer clear, avoid. You may get lucky, but if you don’t, they simply do not care

    This place and people go above and beyond in both there sales department and there repairs and services. Someone had put a knife in my tyre and spray painted my car the man found a way to plug it up enough and cleaned the spray paint off if that wasn’t enough he then told me the best place to go to get it replaced he was right it only took around half an hour to get the whole thing sorted. Also went in to buy a car from they they went into detail on every car I was interested in they all seemed to be happy to be there and help. My partner also had an amazing experience here where she had here windscreen pump changed and he had cleaned the inside and out of the car as well ! All in all I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else now as I honestly couldn’t have gotten a better experience form these guys.
