Friendly , professional, fast and go the extra mile to fix , repair or service. Small shop on sight with accessories and clothing. Small seating area to wait in the shop. I needed some repairs and they managed to get it done and me back on the road asap. Reasonable prices. Toilets on site. There is no coffee shop or food on this site. If you need to leave your bike be aware you will need to get a lift or taxi back. Access is via a main gate. I would use again and recommend to friends and family.
