Almost impossible to contact! I haven't suceeded yet :-( I've tried several times on the phone....they are either engaged or they've switch the phone off for lunch (as you do!) I searched their website for an email address.....but couldn't find. I created a support account but there's no way to raise a ticket. I tried their Facebook page but there's contact details on there either. I did get an email when I create the account but it's from a noreply email address. You need to make it easier for people to contact you. I just don't get why companies make it so difficult for customers!

Had a dry sump kit for my Suzuki hayabusa off of SBD at the start of this year, what a piece of kit it is! When I purchased it, it was over £1000 so I was hoping it was going to be good. IT BLEW ME AWAY. amazing quality and there after sales communication is fantastic! I was missing a o-ring and they had no problem in sending me one out as soon as I phoned up. Can't recommend there products enough. Definitely be back for more bits further along my build!
