SB Automotive is 400 miles from where I live, but they advertised precisely the model/mileage/price that we were searching for, so we thought we'd risk buying sight unseen. Simon looked after us perfectly, sharing detailed videos and photos, answering all queries patiently and promptly. He happily marked the car as "sold" for 10 days while we organised to travel south, without requiring a deposit, and while being totally clear that we could walk away at no cost if we didn't like the car following an actual test drive. Nice, genial and no-pressure service when we did arrive, and the car has completely met expectations. Recommended.
